  • Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone. It needs to be verified by the driver at the time of pick-up or at the entrance.

Important Information

 

  • Location: Drive The Thrill Camp, Dubai
  • Pregnant women or guests with backache are not recommended for the Dune Bashing activity.
  • It is mandatory to book a minimum 2 adults per booking. 
  • The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport (If Transfers are selected)
  • Pick-up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
  • Sharing transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.
  • Sharing transfer timings can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
