  • Kindly ensure that you carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during this activity, as it is required for verification purposes.
  • Transfers for this activity are provided from select areas within Abu Dhabi city center only.
  • For the safety and well-being of all participants, please be informed that pregnant ladies, individuals with heart problems, and those with other sensitive ailments will not be permitted to partake in this activity.
  • We kindly request that parents or guardians assume full responsibility and supervision for any children participating in the safari and excursions.
  • There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.

Cancellation Policy
  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
  • Children under 12 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate
  • Children age 12 and above will be considered as adults and charged an adult rate


- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable, because food will be ordered.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
